Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一段時間無黎過美心皇宮,而家無咗點心車呢個傳統特色,但多了手機qr code落單。點心依舊出色。2大1細,叫了牛雜,棉花雞,牛栢葉,炸雲吞,三文魚炒飯。值得重點推介就係棉花雞,去過咁多間酒樓,未試過有一間魚肚多到咁,成個底都係魚肚,無芋頭墊底,雞都好滑,真係每次食都好滿足。其次推介係牛雜,味道調得好,配以桂林辣醬,一流。不過今次牛雜少了牛腸,感覺就差咗啲野咁。意外之處係美心竟然都有特價點心,20蚊。所以點了牛栢葉同炸雲吞,水準正常。炒飯原來都係正常,但喺美心,就對品質有一定期望,因為碟飯無乜特別,三文魚有啲啲腥,所以就有點失望了。以前有車仔一定要坐地下,但無咗推車仔,坐2樓環境闊落啲,仲要人少好多。 服務環境都屬好。 而家物價貴,所以食美心反而已經唔覺佢好貴了。以前就係覺得好貴,所以好味。而家係合理價錢換好味。

值得重點推介就係棉花雞,去過咁多間酒樓,未試過有一間魚肚多到咁,成個底都係魚肚,無芋頭墊底,雞都好滑,真係每次食都好滿足。

其次推介係牛雜,味道調得好,配以桂林辣醬,一流。不過今次牛雜少了牛腸,感覺就差咗啲野咁。
