To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日中午去飲茶,特價點心:牛肉拼鯪魚球,仲差過公仔點心。鮑片鴨掌,得一片鮑片仲要跌出碟响蒸籠內,鴨掌超細得兩隻。雜菌綿花肚,見到都唔想食。特點燒賣皇,同普通燒賣無分別,size又細,羅漢齋炒麵,齋同麵分開上,麵完全不能分開夾起,成塊炸脆麵餅,齋啲芡汁不夠熱似漿糊。櫻花蝦炸兩,油炸鬼唔脆,櫻花蝦只有面頭幾粒。酒樓標名點心即叫即蒸,但全部都唔夠熱。一行五人,每人$50,食唔飽。酒樓對外景觀開揚,但隔音極差,同朋友傾談要叫破喉嚨至聽到,以咁既質素不算平。
