To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1）重複收費蒸排骨（$98）嚟咗兩次；第二次上排骨時，已向服務員表明，並即時取走；結帳時，詢問服務員有否重複蒸排骨收費，服務員回覆是自己送錯，賬單只收取一碟費用。回家後，仔細查看賬單才發現重複收費。難以接受在酒店內的中菜廳會發生這樣的情況。2）茶壺size偏細，適合二人使用 （添滿四杯茶，就須要沖水一次)，我們一行五人，用膳約共2小時，需多次叫服務員沖茶；服務員記得沖一壺，又忘記沖另外一壺，這樣的用餐經過十分不愉快。 3）點心味道一般，沒有太大驚喜
