To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今日去添好運試咗幾款招牌點心,真係令人驚喜!晶瑩剔透嘅蝦餃,一咬落去,蝦肉彈牙得嚟又鮮甜,皮薄得黎唔破,簡直是蒸點界嘅極品。燒賣呢,啖啖肉感,蝦肉、豬肉同冬菇嘅mix真係正!仲有,點能錯過酥皮焗叉燒包,鹹甜交織嘅口感,好想再來一籠!呢裡嘅韭王鮮蝦腸粉滑溜溜嘅,蝦滑唔講咖,爽口勁彈,但如果腸粉皮再薄d就正喇!班蘭雞就啱晒鍾意泰味嘅朋友,不過唔夠肉令人小小失望😓。而豉汁蒸鳳爪腍稔稔嘅,入口即化,豉汁香濃夠哂味!對於愛試湯品嘅我,杏汁大白菜燉豬肺真係一絕,杏汁味甜中帶韻,豬肺腍滑又無腥味,正!煎蛋牛肉飯呢個最正,牛肉滑疑似訓著飯上面🛌,隻煎蛋流心,淋上豉油,佢嘅美味簡直係屋企都想整!最後點心部分,杞子桂花糕同椰汁紅豆糕,香甜兩款都得,特別係糕品溫暖嘅芳香,咬落有勁,解甜點之渴。回味無窮,令人想再去一次🤤!總括黎講,添好運嘅點心夠曬地道,依家嚟食仲唔使等,快啲約埋三五知己去攞籠嘆吓!
