To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有一段時間沒吃過添好運,星期六晚上經過香港站店竟然沒有人龍,決定入內晚膳。酥皮焗叉燒包每次都必食這個,熱辣辣酥脆外皮加上鬆軟餐包,叉燒餡料豐富,好好味。晶瑩蝦餃賣相靚仔,粉粉嫩嫩的,皮薄,鮮蝦餡爽口彈牙。黃沙豬潤腸酒樓少有這款腸粉,所以這也是我的添好運必食之一。黃沙豬潤好爽,唔腥,我貪心地覺得如果豬潤分量再多些會更好。鮮蝦腐皮卷腐皮卷的外型跟一般酒樓的有點不一樣,這裏的有點像海鮮卷的感覺。外層腐皮炸得酥脆,餡料是滿滿的鮮蝦粒,蝦肉非常爽口,配上芫茜作調味,味道很香口。煎釀尖椒有時候吃到尖椒很辣,但今次的尖椒剛好,有青辣椒的香味和甜味。鯪魚肉煎得金黃,魚肉新鮮彈牙,一點都不腥。加入甜豉油一起吃,香口惹味。
