今日同家人去飲早茶,第一次試呢間叫左人參湯蝦餃,食落係幾創新,人參味都濃,但個湯汁略嫌太杰,整體偏咸!炒銀針粉個粉同料比例係9:1…但味道係ok既…個紅米腸嚇死我…個米皮都還好,但有點太過淋一pat野!入面係翻炸既油炸鬼索晒油,睇個價錢($30)仲以為會有蝦膠….成舊野勁油!杏汁鮮竹卷味道ok,杏汁食唔到係杏汁味,內餡係一pat野,建議整翻少少菜絲增加口感整體上好咸好油。感覺上而家大部分大酒樓既點心都好hea…反而小店仲會用心點
