To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 工作中早餐，在附近商場搵咗呢間餐廳，初時預期係茶餐廳同小廚類嘅餐廳，點知係食點心嘅！店內大堂好大，仲有左邊兩排嘅間隔枱，有私隱啲，不過裝修比較舊！店員姨姨比咗私隱位置我哋，自己攞卡出去攞點心，大堂仲有點心車（好耐無見到點心車了直通車孖寶（$22）家鄉炒米粉：炒得乾身，有啲米粉卜卜脆，配料足料，火腿、蘿蔔絲、椰菜好味！炒得鬆又好味牛肉腸粉：腸粉正常，牛肉餡打得滑，夾雜啲爽脆馬蹄粒，落咗甜豉油好味！沙嗲金錢肚（大點）牛肚淋身，炆得入味，沙嗲醬好杰！鹹香好味！鳳爪排骨飯（頂點）同事食臘味飯（頂點）同事食店員姨姨幾好，有笑容又幫手！私隱位推唔到點心車入來，佢味會行入私隱位嗌，好落力！點心車的回憶！
