To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日朋友約我去食野,每次我哋都會點鼔汁排骨同鼔汁鳳爪,每一間啲味道都唔一樣,個人比較中意呢間的味道。鼔汁排骨食起黎肉质細嫩多汁,仲有一點點蒜香味,每一塊都特別入味。鼔汁鳳爪蒸的好霖,好鬆軟有種入口即化的感覺,鳳爪味道特別濃郁,我哋食唔够又點左一笼!

鼔汁排骨食起黎肉质細嫩多汁,仲有一點點蒜香味,每一塊都特別入味。
鼔汁鳳爪蒸的好霖,好鬆軟有種入口即化的感覺,鳳爪味道特別濃郁,我哋食唔够又點左一笼!
