絕對係港島朋友嘅福音,當神燈已經喺銅鑼灣有分店!👍🏻黑松露燒鵝望落去黑鼆鼆,但係食落絕對有驚喜,鵝肉肉汁濃厚,表皮酥脆而肉質嫩滑,吸滿黑松露嘅香氣!唔👍🏻糯米炒膏蟹神燈堅持生米炒成熟米,單單係個糯米飯已經睇到餐廳嘅誠意,建議俾佢焗一陣令到底部有少量嘅飯焦更加香口,食落飯粒索哂蟹黃、蟹膏以及蟹肉嘅鮮香!至於蟹肉膏量十足,肉質鮮甜厚實,適合一家大細分享!👍🏻蜜汁脆燒鱔真係好難喺屋企可以處理到嘅一碟餸菜,特別係鱔,會擔心佢嘅幼骨、擔心佢太過肥膩,但係酒樓嘅處理相當恰意,甜絲絲得來帶點肥美,建議可以擠少少檸檬減輕油膩感👍🏻滷水豬生腸生腸嘅處理做得相當講究,食落完全冇內臟嘅腥臭味,滷水鹹甜適中,如果係凍食嘅相信會更滋味!👍🏻涼拌豬腳筋好鍾意佢個涼拌汁,唔會過分嘅重味亦都特別開胃,豬腳筋咬落爽口。👍🏻豉油王炒麵越簡單嘅菜式就可以睇得出師傅嘅烹調水準,色澤唔會太深,但係亦都相當夠味~👍🏻芥蘭啫啫煲淨係保留住芥蘭嘅莖,咬落非常爽脆,加上鹹魚、蝦乾加以炮製,惹味萬分,唔鍾意食芥蘭亦都有生菜嘅選擇!
