Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (裕景坊)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日落雨又自己一個食,近近地去左食酸辣粉。一入到去全場啲枱都滿,得番張四人枱,我見冇人serve我就直接坐低。個呀姨見到我坐低左先過黎問我幾多個,之後幫我掉枱同人疊,咁呢啲都冇乜野。叫左個口水雞酸辣粉,突登叫個呀姨走莞茜。口水雞黎到,我見佢紅紅地我以為辣椒油,咁就由佢,等埋碗粉先。碗粉到左,冇同我走莞茜,我同個呀姨講,我唔知係咪佢見到我後生易恰,所以佢叫我自己「不」走啲莞茜,我心諗,咁我一開始做乜要叫你幫我走,啲莞茜浸左落湯會有味,口水雞上面果啲乾嘅我可以就咁整走,呢碗湯,濕左嘅唔得,將所有莞茜「不」走亦有難度。轉頭我叫過另一個呀姨同佢講,佢幫我話換過碗,然後攞左入廚房,唔夠一分鐘第番岩岩果碗比我,應該幫我就咁用大嘅匙羹整走就算,我都由佢啦。到我食食下碗粉開始食口水雞先知拿野,原來啲紅色唔係油,係個雞唔熟,我仲特登影相問我啲朋友,係味真係唔熟,定我自作多情,佢地都話真係唔熟,叫我唔好食,我仲逐舊睇,睇下有邊舊我可以食,有邊舊係熟嘅。唉,嗌個餐差唔多60蚊,淨係將碗粉食左落肚。唔會有下次啦真係,啲人做野真係好求其。碗粉正常,係食完喉嚨一定唔舒服。口水雞唔辣。
