平時都鍾意食辣嘢,川菜都食得算多。呢間嘢所謂嘅「冒菜」,即係類似麻辣燙嘅粉麵餐,係我人生中食過最難食嘅川菜。湯底完全冇功夫,啲肉餸只係煮熟浮喺表面,完全冇冒菜應有嘅香味。另外,從來都冇見過冒菜係會加菜脯and酸菜,好難食。就咁個餐都要100蚊😅😅。唔怪得成日啲人上深圳,好食過呢度唔知幾條街。要做川菜,唔該你整正宗啲喇,唔好得個名,啲嘢又完全不倫不類,求其就算咁。希望香港唔單要改善服務質素,更加要注重菜品嘅味道呀,唔係你整到咁,香港人就會埋單㗎
