To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

4個女仔朋友，聚舊又想搵個舒服既餐廳邊食邊傾計，Openrice search下尖沙咀有咩好食，最後就揀左黎食中菜 服務員安排我地左卡位，座位舒適，餐廳設計亦別具心思！大家都不是十分肚餓，主要叫左烤北京填鴨半隻、擔擔麵、淮山/山藥時蔬，同埋一客炒飯~烤北京填鴨半隻 $253 平時同屋企人去酒樓食飯都中意點北京烤鴨，呢個分量剛剛好，而且presentation好靚。鴨皮薄而脆，鴨肉亦多汁嫩滑，配菜更睇得出餐廳既用心，呢碟北京烤鴨暫時係我食過認爲最出色既一間！反而擔擔麵就有d失色，以爲會係平時食開的上海拉麵，呢碗面款有d似日本udon，比d湯suk完之後覺得碗面更加淋，最後食左一小碗。淮山/山藥時蔬材料清淡得黎又有上湯調味，味道不錯。
