海鮮美饌

海鮮美饌在餐單中佔了較輕的位置,只有八爪魚、多春魚、海魷魚鬚等選擇。好友喜愛吃多春魚,只是烤煮過程上較難處理,要不是加多點耐性及油份慢煮,就是墊在一片菜葉上慢烤。海蝦及海蜆不在餐單之列,屬每枱限量敬送項目。海蝦用料新鮮,爽彈清甜。不過,海蜆的體型略為瘦削。

以二百元一位的韓燒自助餐來説,「東大門」能交出切合水準的功課,尤其是燒烤生料,各款肉食也至少有一項合心之選。至於海鮮,如果有較多選擇會較佳。
