到銅鑼灣工作,順道吃午餐。到附近的加路連山道,這裡有很多食肆,有拉麵店、炸豬扒店、茶餐廳、西餐館都有。每逢飯市都各有各的客人在排隊等吃。據所見附近的大部分食肆都換完又換,榮式雞扒在此街道都開了很多年,佢應該有其獨到之處。雖多次經過,還是第一次入去,梗係想試多幾種菜式,雞扒豬頸肉飯,雞扒是烤的,扒上的烤痕很清晰可見,薄而長,只有1/3有雞皮,全塊都很瘦,沒見到其他的肥膏。心想會否乾嚡呢?咬落就疑問全消了,雞肉雖瘦但肉質很嫰且juice,雞皮亦烤得脆。豬頸肉都很彈牙,而碗飯旁放有葱油和少許菜甫,豉油唔太鹹,應是調製過的。將其全部混和吃,真是非常惹味,口感好豐富又香。等緊時,見旁邊很多人都叫章魚蓮藕餅,就追加了一塊 $10。都好大塊,外觀炸得較乾,可內裏都好有肉汁且有咬勁,其實味道幾正,但唔多覺有章魚的味道,而蓮藕粒亦很少,好似食一塊大肉餅咁。凍檸茶,都不用加錢,好ok喎!$61,在銅鑼灣吃到咁多款選擇的午餐真的很不錯。

雞扒是烤的,扒上的烤痕很清晰可見,薄而長,只有1/3有雞皮,全塊都很瘦,沒見到其他的肥膏。心想會否乾嚡呢?咬落就疑問全消了,雞肉雖瘦但肉質很嫰且juice,雞皮亦烤得脆。
