To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 很多朋友覺得食印度菜都會是超辣,其實印度菜系有分南方及北方口味,北方著重香味,而南方則會偏辣及鹹。今次看完戲來吃飯的這店,雖不是印度餐廳,其中廚師卻是有印度人主理。餐廳主打一系列西歐菜系及印度菜,侍應全是外籍朋友,來光顧的一眾老饕有不少也是老外,外國氣氛濃郁:間隔有室內有戶外:開胃菜「Caesar Salad with Smoked Salmon」HK$190有羅馬生菜、切碎的巴馬臣芝士、脆麵包粒、沙律醬等:大家知唔知「凱撒沙律」其實係起源自墨西哥的呢?故事起源係在1924年有位「凱撒先生」,喺墨西哥做意大利餐廳老闆同廚師,有次餐廳耗盡了廚房內所有的食材,因此他用僅剩的材料,就製作出了「凱撒沙律」,咁而家呢個沙律都遍佈世界各地,大家都唔陌生。沙律菜冰凍爽脆,食落味道不寡,酸酸咪咪夏天醒胃菜,蠻對我胃口,反而用 $60 top up 加的煙三文魚就無感,不搭配,建議可省略。。。「Spicy Chicken Wings」HK128炸雞中翼伴印度辣椒汁及乳酪醬,炸得非常鬆脆,且重點是肉汁能有所保留:別輕看這個小食,易做難精,很容易會弄到乾柴柴:辣汁辣到湯嘴,唔食得辣就真係唔好掂:印度烤雞「C

包面頭已有蒜蓉,新鮮烤起,香口。印度薄餅其實也分很多種,有三角形的 Naan、圓形的 Roti、似蔥油餅的 Paratha,還有鬆化的胡椒餅,我最喜歡始終是是 Naan (若用來點咖喱汁就更一流):

吃到這裏和家人已經飽到不得了。此店逢星期五、六晚有 live band 及肚皮舞表演,人客也可以跳舞,來個週末放鬆。
