To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

足足有一年沒吃過韓燒了,前幾晚就來到旺角的OPPA韓國燒肉店燒一燒。餐廳面積較細,抽風設備一般,雖然不會燒到煙霧瀰漫,不過食完之後身上難免會留有燒肉味。餐牌款式繁多,除了韓燒之外,也有熱食款式。吃韓國菜,當然少不了一碟碟韓式前菜,令人胃口大開。黑毛豬拼盤 $318一盤就已包括西冷扒、五花腩及豬鞍三款,份量很足。點單後,店員會準備爐邊泡菜蛋和附上一份生菜,這些都不另收費,爐火火力夠猛,像我這些心急沒耐性的人可以一次過放一大堆落去燒,很快就可燒熟食物,反多幾遍就不怕會外焦內生。個人最喜歡的是西冷扒,平時食煎豬扒通常都是又韌又乾,但這款豬扒燒完之後保持嫩滑多汁,肉質不會過韌,發出陣陣油香。店員亦會幫忙剪開那塊重量級的豬鞍,服務貼心週到。日本A4和牛肉眼 $138和牛肉眼色澤嫩紅,脂肪比例平均,肥瘦勻稱。和牛肉眼肉質細嫩,兼具了紅肉鮮味和柔軟度,滿口瀰漫著牛脂香氣。原粒帶子 $128大粒肥厚的帶子肉身光滑細緻,味甜富彈性。帶子燒得帶有焦香,毋需加過多調味,突出帶子獨有的鮮味。原隻魷魚 $95魷魚原隻上,份量十足,足夠幾個人share。魷魚質地爽口彈牙,就算不小心燒久了也不會過韌。韓式素菜餃 $
