燒肉cross over 刺生,我本人就第一次食,平時都是吃日本放題多。去到店鋪,雖然不是好大,小店一間,夠溫暖,又不會太嘈。首先介紹下個爐先,通常大家食燒肉都是直接放上面燒,但那裡是有張牛油紙鋪在面,還可以不停叫侍應換紙。呢張紙很重要,因為個人認為有吸油的作用,還有沒那麼容易燒焦。輪到食物方面,又好多款肉類,主打雞牛豚,但會提供有些肉的部位,都幾特別,例如豚拖羅、豚背肋,好少有機會出面食到。至於調味,我最愛就是鹽燒喇😍😍燒完味道不錯👍入味不會太鹹。一定要推介的是三文魚頭湯,是真的有個魚頭👍👍刺身方面,甜蝦很正,我都叫了不少,鮑片也不錯,我仲發現了一個新食法,自製火炙刺身,放在爐上燒一燒,味道更不錯!適合不吃生野的朋友仔👍
