To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶時間,媽咪想食燒味,所以來到附近最就腳的太興啦我們點了四喜臨門(燒肉、燒鵝、叉燒、燻蹄),加$19就可以轉套餐配白飯和熱奶茶。還有輕盈燒鵝湯米粉和冰鎮奶茶。驟眼看好像不錯的樣子。可是卻令人失望。先説燻蹄,沒有一點煙燻味,豬肉又乾又柴,皮的部分不夠爽彈。燒肉的皮都算香脆的,帶點鹹香,脂肪和瘦肉比例各一半。叉燒也不錯,帶點蜜汁,肥瘦適中,有肉汁。而本身我們最期待的燒鵝真是令人失望。皮不脆,肉不嫩。燒鵝的外皮已經軟掉了,皮的下層是多得過份的肥膏,只有丁點兒肉,而且肉很老,沒有肉汁。這個輕盈燒鵝湯米粉十分貼題,果然夠輕盈,燒鵝肉太瘦,又乾又柴,而外皮一早被湯泡得軟掉。米粉沒什麼特別。奶茶總算令人滿意,香濃細滑,不過冰鎮奶茶偏甜了一點點。另外,服務態度有待改善。侍應阿姐放下白飯的時候,沒有拿穩碗白飯,碗飯好像足球般在枱面碌了兩秒🤣,然後侍應阿姐的手指直插了碗飯裡,一句不好意思也沒有,也沒打算換過另一碗給我們。媽咪叫她再另上一碗飯吧,然後侍應阿姐黑哂面,隔了一陣子她將新的一碗飯大大力啪一聲放在枱就走,什麼態度?🤷🏻‍♀️ 之前吃過機場和銅鑼灣的太興,燒味都很不錯,但我想我是不會再去沙田這間太興
