舊同事約食飯,約在以前公司附近的工廠大廈食串燒,佢介紹的通常不會錯,觀塘地膽搵食佢至勁。在樓下搭電梯上來仲排起長龍,估唔到咁多人喜愛在工廈揾食,舊同事話工廈入面勁多臥虎藏龍餐廳。入坐之後,侍應送上調味料。串燒,以前接觸得最多的系學校門口擺的串燒車仔檔,一放學就勁多同學包圍住車仔檔,老板通常系邊刷醬料邊睇火,形成左那些年的風味與樂趣。今日重溫,一串豆腐串,燒烤風味經典懷舊,享受燒烤樂趣可以坐定定響度嘆啤酒,吹吹水大話當年潮流,不亦樂乎,難怪未有8點就坐無虛席,出面開始排隊。豆腐串:燒至金黃,外脆內酥,好好味👍墨魚腸:之前在台灣食過,呢度都系同台灣一樣,好食👍脆皮,陣陣墨魚香,正!燒白鱔:鱔皮脆脆,鱔肉厚厚,入味!明太子飯團:表面都系燒過,切開來有明太子粒粒,脆擦擦,配上沙律醬,好滋味。雙重芝士薄餅:餅皮非常酥,新鮮滚熱辣燒得芝士系流晒出來,好掂燒三文魚頭:好大個魚頭,魚肉都算多,晤腥,好入味燒春雞半隻:意想不到的好味,雞皮燒到脆薄,好入味,好驚喜
