To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每逢星期二都會到荔枝角附近上堂 順便搵食，今次由於趕時間，見到呢間街坊西餐廳價位好相宜，就入去試吓一入門口就有位疑似老闆娘招呼我哋，因為有太多選擇，我哋睇左一輪先決定食咩，最後揀咗紅酒燴牛肋條意粉（原本係飯可以轉意粉）同埋日式鰻魚配魚柳意粉（老闆娘推介魚柳可以揀煎或者吉列，最後揀咗推介嘅吉列炸魚柳）紅酒燴牛肋條意粉 （$48）好入味同埋好夠林軟，意粉分量夠，熱辣辣同埋可以要求多汁以呢個價錢簡直係超值日式鰻魚拼吉列魚柳意粉 ($62)吉列炸魚柳果然係推介裏面咁魚好滑一啲都唔鞋，鰻魚就正常發揮冇咩特別，不過適合貪心嘅人可以兩樣都試吓嗰餐係包左紅白餐湯同埋餐飲，中間有個小插曲，呢度應該有好多熟客幫襯，因為有客人一入嚟就已經講要加多啲意粉老板娘二話不說就即刻叫廚房準備，而家香港咁嘅情況搵食艱難，有呢類小店應該要表揚一下
