香港人一年四季都鍾意打邊爐,今日老公話想打所以就嚟哩一間試吓。由於今日係星期六,有好多優惠都唔可以用,全部都要用正價,都冇乜所謂啦,最緊要食物質素高。老公想食酸菜白肉鍋,而我同亞媽又冇特別話想食乜嘢湯底,所以我哋冇叫鴛鴦鍋。哩個酸菜白肉鍋同我哋平時食嘅有少少唔同,好奇怪有粟米丶番茄同冬菇🤷🏼‍♀️其實味道就唔怪嘅,不過同我喺台灣食嘅酸菜白肉鍋真係唔同囉!我叫咗鵝肝墨魚丸同黃金鹹蛋黃豬肉丸,因為哩兩隻丸出面冇見過。鵝肝同墨魚丸原來都幾夾,鹹蛋黃豬肉丸就唔可以煮得過熟,因為𥚃面d鹹蛋會硬,如果肉丸浮面即係啱啱熟嘅話,嗰啲鹹蛋係會流沙咁正🤤另外我地叫咗鮮炸響鈴,雖然佢話要15分鐘製作時間但係唔使三分鐘就送到喺你枱面;我地叫左個細嘅手切安格斯牛小排,哩個真係好好食,好有牛味,但係又真係有少少膩,所以三個人叫一碟細嘅已經足夠。之後老公叫咗一碟海鮮拼盤同牛骨髓,我個人就覺得冇乜特別。環境方面,我哋被安排坐喺餐廳最入面,冷氣完全唔充足,未開始食已經覺得冷氣唔夠涼,食落就越嚟越熱🥵🥵老公要不停叫嘢飲消暑,最後發現原來佢哋有冰水提供🤦🏼‍♀️。
