天氣凍冰冰,突然想食返d熱野。今次揀左九龍香格里拉裏面既日本餐廳既鐵板燒2個人叫左2份牛肉套餐。首先頭盤係2隻火螺幾開胃。跟住有個沙律配芝麻醬,冇乜特別。然後到師傅出埸師傅會首先將個蝦頭壓扁,煎到脆卜卜帆立貝個湯係用日本酒做,好香酒味吃完海鮮部份,師傅會煎少少瓜菜,然後就到牛肉火氣十足我們的牛肉選擇了一份是西冷扒,一份係卷蔥蒜。師傅說這裡用的牛肉係選用左美國牛肉最高既級別牛肉卷都好香口。跟住就到炒飯。。一路食一路睇住師傅整,炒飯炒到非常均衡食完之後仲有個雪糕甜品。師傅說這裡除了鐵板燒之外仲有懷石料理都好出名,下次有機會要試下
