Order咗PHD,唔知係唔係因為呢個時間冇乜人叫,間嘢仲未好忙,所以呢次嘅食物都非常熱辣辣.輕盈沙律,加埋油醋汁拌勻,車厘茄,青瓜,粟米,菠蘿,生菜都幾清新爽口,食啲蔬菜墊底,感覺好似好少少,又唔怕食得太膩.網上訂滿$180送嘅咖哩角,上次雖然係即時食,不過已經係微溫,呢次就熱辣辣嘅,外皮脆卜卜,入面嘅咖哩餡又惹味.蜜糖BBQ雞翼,同之前一樣肉質軟嫩,調味又唔會過份濃郁.脆香雞,另有蒜香牛油蜜糖同江南醬味,不過朋友唔鍾意花巧,所以每次都只食原味.外皮香而微鹹,佢最鍾意上髀,雞肉較多,啖啖肉嘅,我就鍾意下髀,骨位拎起嚟食比較方便,亦好似比較酥香.拿破崙海鮮意粉,晌眾多意粉焗飯之中,呢款嘅性價比似乎最高,近期仲可以揀配長通粉或螺絲粉.番茄醬底加咗蝦肉,魷魚,小青口,蟹柳同菠蘿等,意粉唔會過腍,酸酸甜甜咁,每次食都冇太大落差.PHD多寶,每次都會揀番茄醬類嘅薄餅,其中最常食嘅就係什錦類款式,呢個有辣肉腸,五香肉粒,雞肉,蘑菇,青椒,洋蔥,餡料分佈均勻,辣肉腸令佢更有咬口,但呢次嘅芝士份量唔算多,唔太有拉絲效果,好彩批底仍然鬆軟而帶少許脆口感.
