許久沒有踏足觀塘,似乎又多了一些新店。相信對許多人來說,這區最好逛的,可能未必是apm,反而是工廈中各式各樣的樓上舖。是日約了友人在K2 Kitchen飯聚,從港鐵站一路走來,路程不算很遠。甫入店內,感覺是一片黑白色調的空間,有點昏暗,很有情調,氣氛很適合小酌幾杯。不過,環顧四周,又似乎是一大伙人來聚餐比較多一點,而且感覺熟客挺多,熱熱鬧鬧的。晚市套餐有六款選擇,價錢由$188~$268不等,還在猶豫不決的時候,店員向我們推介了是日主打的白酒煮托托蜆。紐西蘭產的托托蜆,名字很可愛,$108六隻,每隻都壯得很。掰開貝殼,內裡的蜆肉肥美肉厚,入口有忌廉的香甜,還帶點酒香和海洋的氣味,的確是個很好的開場。晚餐的前菜選了北海道甘蝦伴蘆薈沙律,泡沫的點綴帶點分子料理的調調。主角甘蝦大大件,入口膠質豐富,鮮甜味被酸酸的沙律醬汁蓋掉了幾分,大頭內的蝦膏量倒是澎湃得很。而且,沙律菜伴蘆薈粒似乎比較少見,挺有新鮮感。客人另加$20的話,可以額外自選多一款的餐前小吃,四月選的是黑魚籽鮮蝦忌廉蛋。連殼的賣相清新討好,似是台式雞蛋布甸的變奏。表面忌廉層的味道和質感都有點弱,有點分不出是蛋白還是忌廉,中段開始嚐
