非常旺場的小店,超級熱鬧,氣氛良好!仲要只係一個普通閒日嘅晚上,真係估佢唔到!等了約十分鐘,店員就過來來排我們入座了。有一些時令的食物,主餐牌是沒有的,我們也在這邊挑選了菜式,很期待食物的到來。生Beer $56清熱消暑解渴,配爐端燒就啱晒喇!和風凱撒沙律 $62咸香味偏重的沙律,份量很足,連蔬果都大大件咁上。三文魚及三文魚籽飯 $128三文魚大大片很肥美,師傅落三文魚籽也絕不手軟,落咗勁多粒,蓋著的是汁煮飯,濃香味美。蟹肉蟹膏甲羅燒 $78店員在旁幫我們燒好再上菜的,製作過程中會加入少量的料理酒,格外甘香,蟹肉蟹膏又鮮又濃,真係正都爆!稻草燒塩鏗魚刺身 $98以燒稻草來去除鰹魚的腥味,是日本很有名的做法,沒想到可以在香港嚐到!鰹魚只有外層烤熟,內部還是全生的,略帶焦香的魚肉可配蔥花蒜片來吃。明太子牛油燒烏賊 $62燒至乾身的烏賊再伴入牛油及明太子,又咸又鮮又香又滑,出奇地配合!牛仔骨 $68以濃厚的燒肉汁餣製,肉的甜味很突出,而且肥膏夠多,完全唔會鞋或者靱。抹茶心太軟 $48抹茶心太軟黎講呢個價可以話係平絕港九,都真係幾抵食!鹽燒味噌漬鮭魚腩 $58魚皮焦香,魚肉夠肥,味噌的甜味降低
