To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在某個星期六早上11點半左右，經過威記，當時見天色不對準備要落雨，就走了入威記新大樓避雨。知道這裡有間cafe, 但從未去看過……就想去看看的心態突然湧現。Cafe 330 位於威記新大樓一樓，扶手電梯一上就見到。um........這裡有很多款凍的西式三文治或件裝蛋糕賣，而如果想食飯或麵的選擇就不多。睇完個Lunch餐牌，今日得一款選擇，而且感覺有點貴，這些價錢不包野飲的，要飲野最少要再加$9睇完餐牌本來想轉身離開，點知一望外面正落住瀑布般的大雨, 噉就唯有試試這裡的Lunch才離開。這裡的佈置簡約，令人感到好舒服！再加上了一些心靈的句語，好有意思！我就叫了今日的午餐---日式叉燒湯拉麵um.......可能這裡的設備不太完善，我感覺碗麵不太熱，有很多配料都好爽口，感覺似放好食材最後把熱湯倒入去似的。味道感覺一般~我見周圍很多人都是叫西式三文治或蛋糕加多飲杯咖啡比較多。嗯！當我食飽飽離開時，也雨過天晴了！
