To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

耐唔耐都黎呢度食飯，而家的午餐餐牌一款飯或意粉連一杯飲品，以前只有常餐先有野飲，叫一款食品要額外加幾蚊先有野飲，感覺上覺得而家抵食啲。去收銀點餐，攞飛攞感應器，等送餐。炸蝦喇沙參參而家多咗好多款的喇沙參參，以前只有海鮮喇沙參參， 炸蝦好脆，不過脆漿較多，參參的份量比較少，只係得個碗較大。蟹棒蟹籽炭燒雞粒炒珍珠飯份量少，珍珠飯的黏性唔夠強，雞粒似係雞串 拆出黎個啲雞，雞肉腍身。換咗馬來西亞的奶茶杯，同馬來西亞食品配合返。熱檸檬茶，出奇地冇苦澀味。
