豆腐焗得外脆內嫩,裡面真喺好滑溜,面頭糝咗少少椰絲,有微微椰香,青瓜絲及三文魚籽增加爽口感,但整體味道仍屬偏淡,所以,要加啲魚露先夠味,又或者沾少許千島醬都OK。

海鮮飯以小煎鑊盛載,咪睇佢好似細細份,其實有幾多飯。海鮮料頗出色,虎蝦蝦味有少許香料提味,青口比一般貨色靚,既大隻,又厚肉,真喺有份青口味,口感唔會似擦紙膠,仲有帶子粒同魷魚;而飯底炒得乾身,味道帶出酸酸辣辣嘅冬蔭功香味,好食
!題外話講句,因為用上冬蔭功道,應該屬於泰菜啊!

食西餐首選飲鮮奶咖啡,而到越南餐廳,十居其九都喺滴漏咖啡,唔喺貪佢滴吓滴吓好過癮,而喺滴吓滴吓好有滴滴精華嘅感覺,傳統做法配煉奶,故味道會稍甜,但咖啡嘅味道醇厚帶點點苦,有一種人生煉歷嘅感覺

印象裡,越式嘅甜品都唔多顯眼,好似椰汁三色冰、椰汁綠豆冰,啲人當特飲多過當甜品,所以,晌品越,甜品都並非咩越式,都喺一啲新派或改良過嘅出品,我哋揀咗當中覺得較具特色嘅兩款。

加入斑蘭元素入窩夫度算唔上新奇事,不過,水滴形嘅窩夫,一口咬開,青翠綠色嘅餅心,斑蘭香氣頗突出,然而,質感唔脆,入口仲有啲韌
,要扣分;配雲呢嗱雪糕喺平穩嘅動作,但加入紅豆蓉,着實可以加番少少分。用斑蘭確實甚富東南亞風味,如果用香茅,唔知唔知會喺點,但就肯定有越式嘅代表性。

由於啲香蕉夠熟成,所以,基本上入口都好香,只喺嫌佢將香蕉橫切再炸,入口口感比較薄
,建議切成一嚿嚿,入口會實在啲;此外,伴上椰漿,但個汁調得稍稀,淋落啲炸香蕉度就卸開晒
,否則,味道更有層次,至於忌廉曲奇雪糕加上紅豆蓉,喺令個甜品增值嘅一環。

沙律及前菜確喺出色,個炒飯亦有水準,可惜喺甜品花咗心思,但效果欠理想,未知喺咪偶一失手
