去開葵廣/旺中,經過佢都係必食!多款口味自由配搭,今次揀咗店家推薦焦糖燉蛋雪糕口味,而我雪糕呢就揀咗豆腐😊一路等嘅時候見到佢係有一碗碗嘅焦糖燉蛋!平日一碗都唔止呢個價錢啦!而家有埋塊皮又有個雪糕,圍返價錢都幾抵!店家好快手,好快就有得食!食落表層焦糖脆脆加燉蛋嘅甜,再落一層就係豆腐雪糕小小嘅甜,好有層次感👍最底嘅部份係cream,有啲太漏食唔晒,唯有「筆」起個cream食埋個餅皮。要讚呢度嘅餅皮,食過其他嘅店,更高價錢嘅都有,個皮未必夠呢間好食!有時佢哋嗰啲皮仲會黐住張紙⋯😅但係呢間完全冇呢個問題,好開心🤣
