To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

煲仔飯，煲仔菜聽得多同食得多。今日同朋友去深水埗黃金廣場買電腦配件後，就打算係附近食晚飯，由於下午食得比較豐富，所以想簡單食粉麵就算。行到這間舖外，見到這裡介紹他獨特嘅所謂嘅村村住家窩麵煲，所以就去光顧一下。叫了一個叫做村村住家窩麵，裏面有洋蔥，青椒，海帶，這是窩麵嘅基本配料，另外自選就有好多選擇，我就叫咗個牛腩蘿蔔。那個盛器好似一個沙窩，非常特別，真係好似係屋企食飯咁隨便。個湯底濃而不咸，一啲都唔覺有味精，牛腩好淋滑，再加杯豆漿都係幾拾蚊咋，抵食！另外朋友叫咗個麻辣雞絲手拉撈麵，我取了一些來試味，發覺手拉麵好有𡁻口，雞絲嫩滑，青瓜絲嘅清新中和麵中嘅麻辣味！朋友另外加多一碟香酥雞翼，味道不錯，不過有啲炸過火，乾咗啲。兩個人食得飽飽都係一百蚊，好抵食。最後值得一贊係果度啲伙記，非常好禮貎。
