To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想不到吃什麼就走進了譚仔三哥3點去到，不用等位，坐都坐很好鬆動番茄湯底和煳辣湯底都是最愛點了煳辣(10小辣)乍醬走韮少米線($35)，另加3隻土匪雞翼($23)，凍檸蜜少冰（跟米線+$10）煳辣湯底有股小肥羊湯底的風味，但今日個湯底稍嫌有d淡，十小辣是完全沒辣味，下次可推高一個辣。配料的腐皮和芽菜都份量足，點了少米線，食完全碗都已經好飽因為只點了一個餸，乍醬一大碗的送上土匪雞翼就不過不失，孜然香氣十足，但送上來的時候外皮已有點腍腍地，無咁脆了，都係自己係屋企焗到脆卜卜好食d
