突然間好想鋸扒,但傳統式嘅扒房真係食到好悶,今次嚟銅鑼灣「石燒牛」味道同肉質絕對好食過普通扒房好多。店內貼上提供一成熟嘅肉,隨心燒至自己喜愛嘅生熟程度。200g牛柳,好厚肉...份量好足夠,配埋燒汁同蒜蓉粒,味道一流。一邊燒...聽到炸炸聲,出哂汁,好Juice, 塊熱石板超熱,燒到7成熟就啱啱好。一啲都唔靭...正「沙律菜」新鮮爽口,自由加添芝麻醬調味,仲有「日式牛肉湯」珍珠米飯放在自助區都是無限量添加。食餐想唔飽都幾難。
