慶記係一間位於大角咀比較新式嘅上海菜,除咗小籠包同埋生煎包之外,仲有好多不同配搭嘅上海拉麵/菜飯,不過我無食過佢嘅飯麵,多數食包/雲吞🤣 佢地嘅生煎包同小籠包仲有不同口味,例如我最鍾意嘅生煎胡椒包🤤 但有機會再食嘅話會再試下佢地嘅飯麵~😛•🥢 小籠包 $38佢哋嘅小籠包可以揀2粒或者4粒,所以一個人或者比較細食嘅人都可以試到~😋每一粒都好多肉汁,皮薄但唔會好易夾爛,而且調味剛剛好,唔會太鹹🤤 •🥢 生煎胡椒包 $26呢款個餡嘅胡椒味超香又多汁,個皮唔會太厚,個底煎得夠脆,食到尾嘅時候胡椒嘅辣味好濃好正🤩不過食嘅時候要小心啲,細細啖咬一個開口飲咗少少汁先,因為咬得太大力嘅話啲汁會爆到周圍係💦😆•🥢口水醉雞卷 $18/4件呢款係冷盤黎嘅,佢好似日式叉燒咁將啲雞肉連皮咁卷起扎實,然後先再煮,所以出到黎就變成圓碌碌嘅雞肉,食落啖啖肉,唔使lur骨😆 啲雞肉好嫩滑,有雞皮但都唔會好肥!雖然佢叫口水醉雞卷,但食落都係主要食到麻香味,唔算好辣,無乜酒味,不過佢真係麻得好過癮😆 鍾意麻辣嘅朋友仔一定要試下😋•🥢 淨百花雲吞湯 $58一碗有六粒超大粒嘅雲吞,而且每隻嘅皮都好薄!佢嘅餡係魷魚蝦膠再加韮黃,

🥢 淨百花雲吞湯 $58
一碗有六粒超大粒嘅雲吞,而且每隻嘅皮都好薄!佢嘅餡係魷魚蝦膠再加韮黃, 口感彈牙~湯底似平時雲吞麵嘅湯底,韮黃味好香,而且飲落唔算好重味精~湯入面仲有豆卜,吸晒湯好正;另外仲有一舊清甜無渣嘅蘿蔔~😋

🥢 紅油抄手 $46
呢款紅油抄手係用咗菜肉雲吞,但佢嘅醬汁同平時嘅紅油抄手有啲唔同,呢款落咗好多辣椒碎、炸蒜、蔥花,唔算好多紅油,食落麻香味幾重,唔算辣,反而醬油甜味都幾出,鍾意食麻香嘅朋友應該會幾鍾意~
