XO仔八月買咗對新跳舞鞋,但係要等到上週五去到筲箕灣先有得攞。既然已決定收咗工由灣仔去到筲箕灣咁遠,咁梗係要搵埋別號為「人肉飲食地圖」o既契妹一齊去食野啦 !原來佢心目中一早已鎖好目標,想去探索一家贏咗今年「美食之最大賞」肉餅組銀奬o既「煮打菜打冷小菜館」 ;聽見打冷店o既蒸肉餅攞奬喎,當然係要一試真偽。OpenRice上有關前往方法o既資料都幾準,由地鐡筲箕灣站A3出口行8分鐘啱啱好到步。喺地鐡站出口都已經見到餐店o既廣告,似乎真係有啲料到喎!食店門外貼有奬狀及告示。亦有黑板及易拉架列出廚師推介菜式。當然係唔少得主打得奬菜「爆牙肉餅」o既報導同推廣啦!小肥六點五到達,被安排坐較為舒適o既四人卡位,亦留意到散座大多為十多人o既大圓枱。嘩,真係估唔七點未到,唔多起眼o既打冷小菜館已座無虛席 !雖然店子用上膠造餐具,但如下圖所示,碗碟上一啲污漬都冇,感覺都好衛生。為咗要試多幾味餸菜,契妹專登叫埋佢大佬一齊黎,實行大玩三人行。大家簡單睇過餐牌,好快就決定要食滷水雙拼、得奬o既「爆牙肉餅」、及同樣咁爆o既「潮式爆花蠔餅」。 滷水鵝片拼鵝腸($118):滷水鵝片肥瘦均勻,肉質軟嫩可口
