To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 百份百餐廳係我午餐的食堂,因為鍾意佢選擇多,餐廳坐得舒服,性價比高。每次來,都會必叫爆蔥豉油雞扒飯,首先醬油很香甜,而且最鍾意佢嘅雞扒炸得好香,又唔會炸得好硬,而且有兩大塊,份量都好足夠。另外,有時想冇咁熱氣,都會叫一個鹹蛋蒸肉餅,這個餸超級好送飯,豉油配埋肉香味真係不得了。食兩碗飯都得哈哈。而且肉餅份量都好大,不過叫肉餅呢個餐要有心理準備,就係等得比較耐,因為佢話係即叫即蒸,所以上次都等咗20分鐘左右。如果趕時間就要叫其他餐了。
