To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在OP上看到IKEA Café 好評眾多，一直想找機會嘗試，奈何沒有機會，地點不太方便。於是難得要到MEGABOX，便立刻推薦要到IKEA Café用午餐。去了後，挺意外地點寬敞，而且枱桌整潔。來到IKEA Café當然要吃招牌的瑞典肉丸拼薯仔，肉丸彈牙，而且充滿肉汁，配上醬汁提升肉丸味道。而薯仔煮得剛剛好，不會過硬，不會軟身偏泥。附上的果醬，無論是肉丸或薯仔也能好好配合，酸酸甜甜，很是開胃。薄餅是看見特價才試叫，可惜令人大失望，餅身過乾，用刀也切不開，只能勉強撕裂，口感上乾巴巴，不叫也罷。香草醃三文魚又是一IKEA Café名牌，肥美嫩清的三文魚配上刁草醬，加強魚味。想要清新點用附上的檸檬，感覺清淡又爽口。喝了一杯咖啡後，突然想喝汽水，我想價錢一樣所以可以換，於是我放咖啡杯到收集區，朋友好奇我為何放回，才知道不可以臨時改變飲品，結果我用裝水的杯子來裝汽水。所以下次不要隨便改變心意～
