To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鴨肉又鞋,皮又韌,無乜味,真係好差,完全係普通水平都冇。職員阿叔話把刀唔夠利,啲肉似撕落尼多過片出尼,好多肉片唔到出尼,留左喺鴨身度比佢送走咗,只見好多不規則的皮上碟。同埋佢戴返手套好啲,途手揸住隻鴨髀反轉隻鴨,唔係咁衛生。小炒皇鹹到飛天,食到喉嚨都嗱住嗱住,食完飲兩壺茶都唔掂。咕嚕肉外皮淋滋滋,兩三粒痴埋一團,份量又少,十分求其。茶芥$17/位 回頭?不了。見間酒樓好多職員咩都叫職員阿叔做,包括落單,片鴨,鋪枱,埋單,自己又唔做,就算揮手叫其他職員,其他職員都係叫返阿叔做,阿叔做到踢哂腳,其他人行行企企都唔知做乜。
