To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近好想食片皮鴨🤤，之後係K11 art入邊搵咗一間食中式餐廳招牌菜就係北京片皮鴨🤤🤩座位坐得好闊落，基本每人都係坐卡位落完餐有一個前菜，花生加一個小食片皮鴨係最快上菜，半隻片皮鴨，要讚下包住片皮鴨個皮係十分之簿，片皮鴨十分之香又脆，真係越食越想食🤤其他仲包括由小籠包，兩碗元貝鴨絲羹，黑椒雙蒽爆蝦球，四季豆整體黎講，主菜片皮鴨真係值得試下，其他嘅小菜都好好食份量都岩岩好👅😌
