知道佢重開後,心思思又想食片皮鴨。既然冇晚市堂食,咁咪食中午囉,仲可以食埋下午茶點心,一舉兩得。片皮鴨($178),鴨保持水準,皮脆冇肥膏又有肉;餅皮轉咗,薄咗細咗(冇得一開二😂,之前又大又厚),而且好衛生,每塊餅皮都用蒸紙隔一隔,方便拎,唔使用手上下兩塊皮搣開,抵讚。二食,七彩炒鴨絲(+$30),大大碟,超抵食。不論鴨肉、蒜芯、韭黃、芽菜、大蔥,都超多。有鑊氣,又夠惹味,啱哂鐘意濃味嘅我。(最後當然食唔哂,+$2要個外賣盒打包)原籠馬拉糕($21),即蒸的確唔同啲,熱辣辣不在話下,最掂係冇倒汗水,整個都好乾身。搣開即刻聞到椰香味,咬落鬆軟,好耐冇食過咁高質嘅馬拉糕。香煎蔥油餅($17),同樣即煎,外面微脆,裡面軟淋,淡淡香蔥咸味,好食。蟹籽燒賣皇($21),又係即蒸,大大粒,味道正常。PS:下午茶茶芥$8@,另收加一。
