To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想試呢間好耐喇 (應該都收藏咗成年 😂) 銅鑼灣店系半開放式，座位數量唔多但平日人流都唔太多都 OK~ 我同友人C 被帶到一個小角落，有自己嘅小空間真好牛扒粒薯粒鑊仔 ❤️ ($143)評分：8/10.討論完一輪應該嗌邊款鑊仔之後都係決定令人俾多少少錢試個最經典嘅。牛扒粒嘅份量令人滿意 😙 粒粒都幾厚身但煎得幾軟熟 😎 呢個鑊仔炒薯整得非常惹味，但又唔會太鹹，芝士份量恰到好處，油份亦都唔多 (呢點非常重要👍) 唔會食幾啖就覺滯，唔算太 heavy 嘅西餐但精緻度不減 🙆 整體印象非常討好自製奄列 ❤️ ($108)評分：6.8/10.奄列自己其實可以嘅，餡料可以自己揀一款肉一款菜。我哋揀嘅 三文魚 X 洋蔥，一鹹一甜互相平衡番～😋 不過奄列嘅蛋整得並唔嫩滑，只係單薄嘅蛋皮，奄列亦比較扁塌，餡料亦都唔係咁飽滿 😐 另外哈密瓜切到薄到咁，小妹覺得意思真係不大，不如唔好俾算 🙄 跟奄列嘅多士亦多唔香脆 😥 誠意度認真麻麻。Have been wanting to try their signature skiilet for a long time. Have been wanting to try their signature skiilet for a long time. Diced steaks are pretty decently grilled and the hash potatoes arent too greasy. 😆 The melted cheese is a nice glue that holds everything together and gives the whole dish a gooey consistency. 👍 Pretty nice overall

The DIY omelette however was slightly disappointing 😕, the fillings are okay (we chose salmon x onion x cheese) but the omelette pocket is pretty flat and flaccid 😅 the scrambled eggs are thin and slightly overdone. 😟 Melon slices are paper thin ☹️, they're kinda meaningless...The toast isnt crispy as toast should be. 😢 Would've expected more from an omelette of this price.
