又踏入冬季,相熟既朋友都知我係邊爐怪,入冬就差不多一星期打三四次邊爐,講到成日去又平又抵食既,九龍區我會推介呢間﹗ 佐敦新明記,在炮台街,晚晚爆場,勝在食物質素不錯又抵食﹗ 打邊爐,湯底我一向都係其次,每次出去食飯我都係點最平那個湯,就好似呢個芫茜皮蛋﹗而家好多坊間都整色整水又魚翅又龍蝦湯,成百幾蚊個,對食物生料根本完全起不了作用,想飲湯的不如去叫盅燉湯吧﹗ 近呢個幾月,呢度晚晚都有膏蟹仔供應,$30隻﹗ 咪睇佢細細隻,尐膏真係頂哂角架,食落有如蛋黃一樣甘香,一人一隻唔好執輸﹗ 手切牛肉$168﹗色水很不錯,輕灼後牛味香濃,無渣,脂香撲鼻,千其唔好蘸任何醬油,唔係真係浪費咗佢﹗但我都要講吓,新明記有佐敦同大圍店,我兩間都經常幫趁,大圍既牛肉比佐敦的更勝一籌,新界區既朋友唔洗咁遠出到九龍﹗因大圍更好吃﹗而佐敦的亦有佢比大圍好的地方,就係佢既自家包既雜餃﹗包得隻隻飽滿,睇見都想食﹗後面既係鮮帶子,今日的偏細粒,之前食大大粒架,十分鮮甜﹗魚皮餃都係自己包架,餃皮煙韌,肉汁餡料極多,超乎想像的香口好吃,真係一人吃一碟也不為過﹗韭菜餃豬肉同韭菜既比例配得好好,吃下滿口生香,堅正﹗兩個麻甩佬,4支

兩個麻甩佬,4支獅威,埋單$400﹗

呢度有樣好就係可以坐門口,岩哂我愛露天親親自然既性格,大家知咩事啦﹗

查實而家尐食材真係貴得好緊要,自己在屋企打邊爐買碟手切牛肉都要成百銀,再買埋其他雜食差唔多成$300埋單,之後又要洗又要抹,真係出街食無咁嬲﹗

九龍區我一向都揀佢﹗
