食過「牛極」喺不同地區嘅分店,幾好味又幾抵食,呢日喺深水埗,又見到佢有分店,咁都冇乜諗就入咗去開餐😆同其他分店一樣,門口位有部自動售票機。要咗$80嘅「牛肩排 Top Blade Muscle 180g」,包沙律菜、餐湯、白飯,呢啲全部都係任食,要戴口罩自己出去攞😆牛肩排🥩 廚師燒到一成熟,放喺一塊燒熱到攝氏300度嘅黑石上邊,然後上枱,用一張廚紙蓋住,自己拎開廚紙,跟住切成自己喜歡嘅大小,燒到自己喜歡嘅生熟程度,就係咁樣食啦😋;牛肩排🥩幾好牛味,有啲咬頭😋,咁嘅價錢真係食得過😆
