Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店內，播住903晴朗。晨早依然想食崩沙腩坑腩，偏偏冇，話最快要朝早10:30先有。唯有嚟一碗普通牛腩，揀個蔥油味嘅重慶小麵。估唔到招牌腩又唔曳，首先慶幸佢俾到偏肥嘅腩嚟（冇半肥瘦我寧願要肥，倪匡先生話齋：「食雞要食皮；食肉要食肥」同意至極：「否則冇嚟聞味」），牛腩三四大舊，腍身，肥膏有牛香，麵係扁麵線，好索汁，撈埋撮肉燥，喺生蒜多蔥情況下，完全唔寂寞。嗌碗麵已當跟餐，飲品冷熱都係加$4。濃郁滿足一碗早餐。
