昨日有個前輩同我講旺角有間牛腩粉好掂好好食,於是我就問佢攞左地址,今日放工即刻9衝去試試佢,第一次試就試試佢最貴果個騸牯牛腩河粉。首先講講騸牯牛係咩先,喺食之前我係冇乜印象係乜黎,就當我係完全唔識啦,上網查過:騸牯牛,是山東牛與和牛的混種閹割牛公公,而爪邊正是最受歡迎的部位,食落比本地肥牛更有嚼勁,油花更棉密均勻。今晚入到麵店,人唔係太多,不過坐位都係得十個八個位,等左一陣,一大碗騸牯牛腩粉送到,牛腩湯清得黎帶點甜,味道我覺得有少少似越南生牛肉河既湯,至於個騸牯牛腩就口感有d似平時食開火鍋果d本地牛,但係個肉質嫩少少,同埋肉與肉之間有均勻既肥膏同筋分佈,個人覺得相當不錯,絕對可以一戰,不過價錢就比較貴左少少$108,下次會再黎試試佢爽腩同崩沙腩,鍾意食牛腩既朋友可以去試試佢!
