To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無意中，行行下，便行到此小店門外，見到照片賣牛腩，好似幾好食咁！而我和友人都好肚餓了，因此便爽快決定到此食牛腩。坐下來，查看一下餐牌有沒有什麼招牌菜。結果見到「招牌清湯腩」，我便選了這一個。可是，又想試下牛筋，所以最終點了「雙拼」河粉🍜多蔥！友人便點了「咖哩牛筋腩飯」。由於咖哩🍛只需放上碟，不用再煮，所以好快便有得食！咖哩薯仔🥔ok, 咖哩汁未算好香，不過不失。不過便沒有任何驚喜！咖哩牛腩都算「林」，還不錯👍🏻！到我的清湯牛腩河粉，個湯頭是好「清」，不過加埋蔥一齊飲，提升了湯的味道（我個人覺得）。至於個牛腩都算不錯，可惜「河粉」太厚身，有少少鞋口，不夠滑。因此都好影響到整個口感，大打折扣。不過，總括來說，都是正常！
