To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

斷捨離真心係個偉大發明🙃積存喺屋企嘅嘢可以比到有需要嘅人係件開心事🥰今日約咗個交收喺康城。之前嚟過呢個新商場，好多鋪頭都未開晒，今日再嚟已經開晒咁滯。揀咗呢間牛腩粉麵餐廳，七點零都已經滿咗九成人。▪️清湯牛腩米粉 $49 拼牛丸 +$6牛腩炆得幾淋，食完唔駛撩牙😂牛丸爽口彈牙，清湯唔會太油膩。▪️牛三寶擔擔麵 $65牛三寶係牛腩牛筋同牛肚，三樣都好入味，牛筋炆得軟淋帶少少韌勁，牛肚爽口。湯麵底有擔擔麵，酸辣薯粉都得，今次就試咗佢擔擔麵，店員有提示要撈勻湯底，食落重花生醬味微酸帶辣，份量仲幾多下。炸魚皮 $25超脆！！油菜（芥蘭）$21而家出街食都會叫碟菜，芥蘭爽口👍🏻

牛腩炆得幾淋，食完唔駛撩牙😂牛丸爽口彈牙，清湯唔會太油膩。
