To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

可能大多數人一睇到嘅店名就覺會覺得好寸，不過真係幾有個性嘅名，同friend一開始一人一碗牛四寶麵，然之後諗諗下覺得唔夠飽，又點做份勁四寶。不過一上檯就知道錯喇，牛B仔呢度唔同九記咁小小野，呢度係分量都比較大，一碗麵一般人胃口食飽冇問題，當然喇，好似我d大胃王難講吖。牛四寶，牛腩好霖好入味，有dd肥筋，咬落去仲有汁出來，好開心😊！牛脷我唔係幾鐘意，不過我friend太愛，話口感好，好喇，個人口味喇！牛筋都系好霖，有dd韌韌地彈牙吖。牛肚比較脆口。竹升麵麻麻地，畢竟唔係專門食麵嘅，friend嘅嗰种唔記得叫乜麵，幾滑下，淨四寶食得仲夠喉吖！
