To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港仔食店快要試勻了,見到牛角有Lunch Set今次決定去試試,香港仔牛角可以訂枱,但星期五午膳時間訂兩次也滿座,趁放假早少少去walk in。12:30去到,人客不多,被安排坐梳化位就最開心。後來人客愈來愈多,很快就坐滿了,實在建議訂座,不用久等。點菜用電子菜單就可以了,非常方便。上菜速度超快,點單完成後不用五分鐘,飲品先到,食物也隨後送到了。如果想飲品後上,記得在點單時剔上。不過速度快也不錯,上班的可以快快吃完午飯,準時回到公司。因我放假就選了燒肉的套餐,可以慢慢享受。我們三人點了牛角流自選3食、石鍋鰻魚飯定食以及商務套餐。牛角流自選3食$89,有自選燒肉一款、野菜烏冬或拉麵、沙律及飲品。我們選了骨付牛肋肉、野菜烏冬、及海蜇柚子醋沙律。骨付牛肋肉有4片,牛角的牛果然很出色,味道很香,肉很嫰。另外野菜烏冬也很好吃,湯很濃,蔬菜也新鮮,但份量偏少,而沙律就不過不失吧,正正常常。另外也點了商務套餐牛角上級牛肋肉&王樣!腹胸肉$118,配昆布湯、三點前菜、牛角雪糕及香蔥溫泉玉子飯+$9。牛角上級牛肋肉可選燒肉汁或塩醬,也是好吃之選,滿足的感覺;王樣!腹胸肉可選塩味牛油或蒜茸味噌,相反我就

牛角上級牛肋肉可選燒肉汁或塩醬,也是好吃之選,滿足的感覺;王樣!腹胸肉可選塩味牛油或蒜茸味噌,相反我就不太喜歡這,因為醬汁太濃,味道太搶,而且火喉很難控制,就燒焦了。

香蔥溫泉玉子飯,蛋汁令到飯很淋,下次未必會再加錢,普通牛角飯就好。綠茶牛角雪糕好吃,有黑糖醬及黃豆粉灑上面,要吃得小心一點,以免嗆喉。

石鍋鰻魚飯定食$85,套餐包昆布湯、迷你沙律及飲品。石鍋鰻魚飯味道不錯的,而且有很多飯焦,不過我個人喜歡燒肉多一點,這個石鍋鰻魚飯相較遜色。

總括,牛角質素好,環境好,服務也不錯,午餐比晚餐便宜,是一個不錯的選擇。

在香港仔商場,看到很多B duck的聖誕佈置,喜歡B duck的朋友們不妨到這裡走走欣賞一番。
