話說,上次去日本見到有吉列牛扒食,奈何趕飛機食唔切,一直都念念不忘,見到銅鑼灣新開左間Steak Bar,Wow~有吉列炸牛排,點都要黎試下啦!🐂吉列炸牛扒($188)從來都冇諗過牛扒用黎炸,原來又幾得意wor,唔講唔知,原來佢嘅歷史仲長過吉列豬,吉列牛先係「吉列」嘅始祖!上枱嘅時候,外層用炸漿炸到脆卜卜,裡面就係鮮紅微暖半生熟嘅狀態食之前就用鐵板燒一燒,鎖住佢嘅肉汁,燒嘅時候一路聞到佢嘅香味,等待係最期待嘅,肉質鮮嫩多汁,配埋舖滿飯素嘅白飯,流曬口水~🐂頂級板腱牛扒 ($195)板腱牛扒姐係牛肩胛,呢個部份嘅牛肉雖然有筋,但係油花分布均勻,加上厚切嘅牛扒,令肉汁比較多,嫩得黎又有口感,配埋特製醬汁,好食!以Lunch Time黎計,呢個價錢就係有d貴嘅,間唔中食就ok嘅~
