前日(20-7-2019 Sat)晚,因爸爸回鄉,我同老公唔想自己煮嘢食,於是落街食,佢記得呢喥有小雨天,我問係咪台灣菜?個名似係。佢答唔係,食餃子嘅,覺得唔錯,於是走嚟,我哋坐低後睇餐牌,睇完叫亞姐落單,但呢喥係自己出去收銀買飛,返埋位等送餐。我哋要咗$44.00嘅骨湯韭菜豬肉餃子上海麵同$45.00嘅招牌豬軟骨湯飯。好快,招牌豬軟骨湯飯到嚟,見到大大份,我嗅到好勁白胡椒味,心諗,唉!又係辣。老公夾起豬軟骨,好大件,食吓先,佢冇白胡椒味,大概只係原味,呢啲應該係煲熟咗撈起,然後至加返去白胡椒湯喥;而個湯嘅辣度冇之前喺潮州仔飯堂食到咁辣(嗰個食評:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E5%94%94%E8%AD%98%E6%AC%A3%E8%B3%9E-e3467632),但都係辣。而骨湯韭菜豬肉餃子上海麵呢?都等咗一段時間,我估餃子係有單先至煮熟佢,而要豬肉熟透,係要一段時間,果然,我見有職員拎淨餃子俾其他食客,然後我嗰碗到嚟,睇見又係大大份,餃子已經脹卜卜又大大粒,重要有6粒咁多,而骨湯呢?竟然又係辣,即係呢喥只有一種白胡椒豬骨

除咗要出去買飛外,水同碗仔都係要自己斟同攞。
