To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前日（20-7-2019 Sat）晚，因爸爸回鄉，我同老公唔想自己煮嘢食，於是落街食，佢記得呢喥有小雨天，我問係咪台灣菜?個名似係。佢答唔係，食餃子嘅，覺得唔錯，於是走嚟，我哋坐低後睇餐牌，睇完叫亞姐落單，但呢喥係自己出去收銀買飛，返埋位等送餐。我哋要咗$44.00嘅骨湯韭菜豬肉餃子上海麵同$45.00嘅招牌豬軟骨湯飯。好快，招牌豬軟骨湯飯到嚟，見到大大份，我嗅到好勁白胡椒味，心諗，唉！又係辣。老公夾起豬軟骨，好大件，食吓先，佢冇白胡椒味，大概只係原味，呢啲應該係煲熟咗撈起，然後至加返去白胡椒湯喥;而個湯嘅辣度冇之前喺潮州仔飯堂食到咁辣（嗰個食評:https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E5%94%94%E8%AD%98%E6%AC%A3%E8%B3%9E-e3467632），但都係辣。而骨湯韭菜豬肉餃子上海麵呢？都等咗一段時間，我估餃子係有單先至煮熟佢，而要豬肉熟透，係要一段時間，果然，我見有職員拎淨餃子俾其他食客，然後我嗰碗到嚟，睇見又係大大份，餃子已經脹卜卜又大大粒，重要有6粒咁多，而骨湯呢？竟然又係辣，即係呢喥只有一種白胡椒豬骨
